Srabontee, (13 month age) daughter of Mr. Ranajit Boidda and Ripa Rani Boidda udner Moulvibazar Sadar Upazilla identified as SAM in a GMP session in Balikandi CC. During screening she was only 5.7 kg weigh and her MUAC was 11.4 cm. After huge motivation by different tire of staffs like SCM‐FF‐UC‐NO‐UPC finally her parent agreed to bring her in SAM corner of Moulvibazar Sadar Hospital. She was hospitalized on 13 Nov. 2018 and discharged with cure after 05 days treatment. During discharges her weight was recorded 6.5 kg and MUAC 11.9 cm. After discharging from hospital the project field staff keeps her under continuous followup support. On 02 January 2019 her weight recorded 7.8 kg and MUAC 13.0 cm.
